At undesygn, we want your shopping experience to be simple, comfortable, and worry-free. If something does not feel right, whether it is the size, fit, product, or overall experience, we are here to help.
Return Window
You can request a return within 72 hours from the date of receiving the product.
Return requests raised after 72 hours may not be accepted.
Who Can Request a Return?
Returns are available for all products, including regular products, discounted products, sale items, and limited-edition drops.
You can request a return if:
- You received the wrong product
- You received a damaged or defective product
- The size or fit is not right
- You simply do not like the product after receiving it
Product Condition for Return
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all tags intact
- Free from stains, perfume, body odour, damage, or signs of wear
If the product is damaged, used, washed, or not in its original condition, the return or exchange request may be rejected.
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges based on stock availability.
A customer can exchange a product up to two times.
The first exchange is free. For the second exchange, shipping charges may be applicable.
Return Pickup
undesygn will arrange a reverse pickup wherever the service is available.
If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may have to ship the product back to us. In such cases, we will reimburse the courier charges after receiving valid shipping proof.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please share:
- Order ID
- Name
- Phone number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
In such cases, we will first try to provide a replacement. If replacement is not possible, we will process a refund.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and checked by our team.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Cash on Delivery
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. So all refunds will be processed only for prepaid orders through the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you can still request a return after receiving the product, within the return window.
For prepaid cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Important Note
All return and exchange requests are subject to quality check. Once our team receives and inspects the product, we will update you about the approval status.
