Shipping Availability
We currently ship orders only within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment. If we start international shipping in the future, the same will be updated on our website.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.
Processing timelines may vary during high-order periods, launches, public holidays, or situations beyond our control.
Shipping Partner
We have partnered with Shiprocket for shipping and delivery. Delivery timelines are usually calculated based on the customer’s PIN code, courier availability, and serviceability in that location. Shiprocket or the assigned courier partner may communicate estimated delivery updates directly with the customer through their usual communication methods.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on the delivery location, PIN code, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, service availability, and other external factors.
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery date and tracking details will be shared as per Shiprocket and courier partner updates.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders.
If any shipping charge is applicable in a special case, it will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through Shiprocket’s usual communication methods, which may include email, SMS, or other available updates from the courier partner.
Address Changes
You can request a delivery address change only before the order is dispatched.
Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incomplete or incorrect, or the phone number is not reachable, the order may be returned to us.
If the order is returned due to failed delivery and the customer wants it shipped again, re-shipping charges may be applicable.
Lost or Damaged Shipment
Till the product reaches the customer, it is our responsibility and duty to assist with the order and delivery process. If your shipment is lost, damaged in transit, or there is any delivery issue, please contact us and we will help you with the next steps.
Delivery Delays
Delivery delays can sometimes happen due to courier partner issues, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, local restrictions, high-order volume, or events beyond our control. We will support you with available updates whenever required.
