Product images are for representation and may slightly differ from the final product. Customers are requested to check the product description and size chart carefully before placing an order.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, design, size, collection, price, or offer at any time without prior notice.

Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected product. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and order acceptance from our side.

We may cancel or refuse an order in cases such as:

If we cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you can still request a return after receiving the product, as per our Return & Refund Policy .

Pricing, Taxes & Offers

Product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes/GST, unless mentioned otherwise. Our GST number is 27AAYFD1929R1ZE.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown separately at checkout. In most cases, shipping may already be included in the product price or offer.

Payments

We have partnered with Razorpay for online payments. Customers can use the payment methods supported by Razorpay, such as UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other available options.

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within India.

Till the product reaches the customer, it is our responsibility and duty to assist with the order and delivery process. If there is any delivery issue, please contact us and we will help you with updates and next steps.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return requests must be raised within 72 hours from the date of receiving the product. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality check after the product is received by our team.
